matlab 2016b update 7 setup failed

when I install MATLAB 2016b successfully, and follow the step to download the R2016b_update_7.exe, but when I double click this .exe, the setup progress failed. And I don't know why. Please help with the installation. Thanks a lot!

Please contact Technical Support using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page. As the message in the installation dialog requests, you should include the log file in the report you make to Technical Support.
