Use the plot() function, the xlabel() and ylabel() functions, the text() function, and the legend() function.

NAS, not sure what your edit was. I think you should have been able to figure it out over the past month, but in case you weren't able to, here is a start:
x = [0, 1.5];
dynamicPressure = [0, 0];
hydrostaticPressure = [100000, 120000];
totalPressure = dynamicPressure + hydrostaticPressure;
plot(x, dynamicPressure, 'r-', 'LineWidth', 2);
ylim([-20000, 120000]);
grid on;
hold on;
plot(x, hydrostaticPressure, 'g-', 'LineWidth', 2);
plot(x, hydrostaticPressure, 'b-', 'LineWidth', 2);
fontSize = 22;
xlabel('z', 'FontSize', fontSize);
ylabel('pressure', 'FontSize', fontSize);
legend('Dynamic Pressure', 'Hydrostatic Pressure', 'Total Pressure', 'Location', 'east');
If this solves your problem, then could you let me know if the time I spent to help you was worthwhile and please "Accept this answer"? Thanks in advance. If it didn't work, then explain better what you want and what didn't work. If you really want that "b" in a box you can use rectangle() and text().
