How can I generate random Student t numbers?

X has best estimate x = 1.2 with associated standard uncertainty 𝜎=0.6 determined from 15 repeated measurements.

I want to create with Student-t, but I did not find out how to do this in Matlab.

The easiest way is to use the Statistics toolbox. If you don't have access to that then search Matlab's File Exchange, where there are some Student's t routines.
