Error in ports width and dimension in simulink

in the output of my first sum,it is 2 dimensions but i dont know why because 2 inputs are 1 dimesions.How can i fix it? Thank you.

Fuzzy logic controller block requires two inputs using a mux block, as shown in the example at the end of this page: https://www.mathworks.com/help/fuzzy/fuzzylogiccontroller.html. Your current model only gives one input to this block.

i tried to simulate,but i dont know where the other input for mux is? Because in the paper,there is only 1 input.

But this paper does not show what is connected wit the Fuzzy logic controller block. I think you should try to contact the authors of this paper and see if the can provide the model files?
