Adding matrix to another matrix

How would add a matrix to the back of another matrix to form another column.

example [1 4 5 6 + [2

4 6 7 8 3

4 8 0 1 ] 3]

=[1 4 5 6 2

4 6 7 8 3

4 8 0 1 3]
