Matlab 2020b issues, about the Add-Ons Function Error

When click the Add-Ons button, the error info was always appeared as shown in the picture belows. The same situation after reinstalling the software.

You can type this at the MATLAB Command Window--

restoredefaultpath;
rehash toolboxcache;
savepath
