How to write a machine learning algorithm or modifying a machine learning algorithm in matlab?

Hello expert of matlab and precisely in machine learning algorithm. I am new in machine learning and recently i m planning to create any kind of machine learning algorithm or modifying the existing machine learning algorithm for better classification and accuracy. But i do not know how to start and where. If any volunteer may guid with a link or any kind of suggestion which will help me to start. Thank you for your answer, i will be very grateful

If you own a MATLAB software with the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, you can run some examples by yourself.

This link has some starting-point videos and get more familiar with the implementation you want.

You can either implement by yourself, or using apps depending on your problems to solve with ML (Apps generate the code as well, if you wish to learn the pipeiline).
