こちらの図の黄色がブラウンノイズの周波数特性なのですが,オレンジの走行騒音と同じような傾斜のノイズを自分で作成するにはどのようにしたらよいのでしょうか.
ブラウンノイズなどのカラーノイズはdsp.ColoredNoiseを使って生成しました.

先生からホワイトノイズにローパスフィルタをかけることで実現できるといわれたのですがフィルターデザイナーでどのようにしたらこの傾きで実現できるのでしょうか.どうしても傾きが横ばいになってしまいます.
