DC pass filter configuration

I am currently seeking to know how to realize DC pass filter on Matlab, to get DC power.

I have already tried to make it with lowpass filter function with setting cut-off frequency with 1Hz for this solution.

However, it did not seem to work well.

I am really glad if you give me the solution.
