testing accuracy, FAR and FRR for CNN

I have designed my CNN with deep network designer app. I having validation accuracy and loss graph. But i need tesing accuracy and loss graph. Along with that i need to plot the graph for FAR(False Acceptance Rate) and FRR ( False Rejection Rate). Kindly help me to do that.
