Network constructor, has no licence available

Can anybody tell me why I get this message after discovering problems with my first attempt with a neural net:

which -all network

Network constructor, has no licence available

I've been through all my installers but can't find anything that authorizes anything. Its a student licence on Win 7 64bit

Ive tried rehash toolboxcache also

The Neural Network toolbox is not one of the toolboxes included with the Student Version. See http://www.mathworks.com/academia/student_version/details.html. It is available for purchase for the Student Version; see http://www.mathworks.com/academia/student_version/companion.html

I actually purchased it the other week along with a data acquisition tool box. I also purchased the fuzzy logic toolbox but that was a few months ago.
