Iam doing a project in image processing and need to perform touching charatcer segmentation.Can i get the code for the same.

The OCR code given in the file exchange works only if character are not touching.Help please.

Try watershed segmentation. If that doesn't work then post the image you're having trouble separating the characters in.

There is an example in the help documentation for watershed().
