Implementing Cartesian Link Plotting?

The communications link function claims to accept a parameter "Map" which can be set to a "triangulation object or name of an STL file".

I am trying to implement a simple scenario in cartesian 3D space with a txsite at [0 100 0 ] and a rxsite at [100 0 0] and I would like to be able to visualize this link using a triangulation object.

What would an appropriate value for the "Map" parameter look like for this sort of scenario?
