source code for LEACH -C

Can anybody please provide the matlab code for LEACH-C algorithm, it would be of great help.

I couldn't find any submissions specific to LEACH-C, but you can have a look at LEACH, which is one of the several submissions in MATLAB File Exchange on MATLAB Central which is a forum for our product users to interact, exchange information and knowledge, without MathWorks involvement.

You can use the above submission as a start and customize it for your specific case. Feel free to contact the author of this submission directly for specific questions about the implementation.

The paper https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1757-899X/1010/1/012014/pdf indicates that they ran tl-leach simulations in MATLAB. You could write to the authors and ask if they will make their code available.
