how to output the time of an output from hdl block to workspace

when i take an input from workspace its time should be specified..

and when i give an output to workspace its output time is not specified..

how i can do the opposite in both cases..

how can i take input from workspace irrespective to time and

how to send output of hdl cosimulink component to workspace and specifing its output time
