MATLAB code for edge detection and segmentation?

I am preparing a project on enhancement of feqatures of brain tumor images.Please help me with the MATLAB code for edge detection using Canny Operator and segmentation through Watershed Segmentation??

Did you look up the help for edge() and watershed()? Can't you just replace the demo images with your own?
