Error while using filterDesigner

I am getting this error while typing filterDesigner on my MATLAB command window. Any idea how to fix this ?

Hi SZ,
I think you might be in different folder thats why this problem is occuring.
You may look at this link to set up your path:
Path Unsuccessfully Set at Startup - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com)
