Simplifying Algebraic expressions with symbolic constants and variables

Hi everyone,

was wondering whether i could simplify algebraic expressions with constants/coefficients as symbols ?

here is an example:

Note that S is the only variable, all other symbols are constants. I want to expand the brackets such that there are only 3 or 4 terms remaining corresponding to the different S exponents, and i want the answer to be all symbolic.
