MPc with linear objective function and multiple binary constraints

I am in need to design an MPC with linear objective fuction and binary constraints, inequality constraints.

for example i have a simple linear model for a patient, i need to design an MPC for patient food recommendation.

i have binary constraints like the patient must take food three times and inequality constraint from model.

MPC output will be a CHO content present in patient food.

can i use intlinprog for this problem.

can anyone kindly share the example problem like this with matlab code.
