Incorrect output values for simple equations

Why is my output for basic equations always an incorrect value? I have tried a few other basic equations e.g. collect a user input for distance and time in order to output velocity but the output value is not what I am expecting. I have attached a screenshot example below.

I think the formula is wrong. It should be C*1.8 + 32
