technical issue while installing simscape add on

I have downloaded Matworks and have finished installing the software with simulink but I forgot to add the Simscape library.
Now i am trying to add the simscape form the add ons but when i am finishing the install for the add on it shows me some unexpected error occured.
So what should I do now?
Should i again install the MATLAB with all products or Can i solve this unexpected error?
