problem face in matlab 2020b

I run same code in 2015a its running good but in 2020b i facing problem.

Did you read the error message? You need a toolbox that is either not installed, or not available for you to check out.

Hi Subrata,
It is clearly mention in your error that Optimization Toolbox is not installed in this version of your MATLAB.
You may look into this link for how you can install additional toolboxes.
How do I install additional toolboxes into an existing installation of MATLAB? - MATLAB Answers - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com)
