water system controller pairing

Hello everyone,

I have a water system with three contaminants for each stream and multi inputs for each process and 1 output. there is no correlation between the level of contaminants and the water ( I only have the input stream contaminant levels and output contaminants levels) . How can I perform control pairing (choose which input stream gives is more appropriate for the output stream) in matlab or simulink matlab?
