RCC communication in mobile communication

Hi guys, I've read about RCC communication in subject mobile communication and Im trying to do any simulation that I can see for instance

the communication between mycellphone and the base station .. is there in matlab any already project/simulation that I can use it to see for instance

the data of RCC communication between cellphone and base station?

or could I use any built matlab libraries in order to see the RCC communication and understand more by matlab simulations?
