Edit an html with some string lines

I have an email and I want to add these lines insides it's body html. How I could combine the old html body with these word text lines in one final html. My final purpose is to reply to the fisrt mail.

If you just need to jam it in there:

HTMLtag = "</body>";
myText = "Please follow this link:</br><a href=...";
strrep(emailHTML, HTMLtag, myText + HTMLtag);
