Different subsystem files for the same library with embedded coder

I am using a library configured as reusable and treating as an atomic unit. We used it in multiple places in our model. However when code is generated using embedded coder, two different set of subsystem files are getting generated. How to avoid this error as they are generated from the same custom library block.
