How to run Executable file on cluster

Hello everyone,

I have an executable file (Analyser.exe) on my cluster account with permission given (chmod +x Analyser.exe) to execute it however when I try to execute through cmd window using "./ Analyser.exe" it still gives me "./ Permission denied" error. Anyone knows how to solve this??

Analyser.exe just tries to call a matlab script.
