How to save to .txt using WRITEMATRIX ?

writematrix(M,'M.txt','Delimiter','tab');
>> 1 1 1 1 1
but i want to : 1.00000000000000e+000 1.00000000000000e+000 1.00000000000000e+000 1.00000000000000e+000 1.00000000000000e+000
how can i get it ?
