In the current form, this is neither a question, nor does it contain enough details to be solved. Please read: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/6200-tutorial-how-to-ask-a-question-on-answers-and-get-a-fast-answer .

The organization I work for runs one of the Atomic Clocks that is used to define the international standard time. I could ask a colleague to write down the exact time to better than 1 in 10^15 of a second. The colleague could send me that time by courier, and then I could send you the time in a letter, if you send me your physical mailing address. How does that sound? You would get the letter with the time indicated to far higher precision than you need.

Your question is still not getting clear to me. I miss the details.
As far as I remember, we've suggested FEX: HighAccuracyTimer already. I do not assume that there is any better soltuion. If you need more accuracy, use a real-time-operating system and ask your local Mathworks distributor, if Matlab is the best choice for your problem.

@Paskah: No. It is definitely impossible to post source code concerning a topic, as long as you do not explain, what the topic is.
Have you read my above comment?? Do you have a reason not to explain the details I've asked for??
Sorry, I get the impression, that your questions are trolling and just waste my time. I'm stopping to answer here. Perhaps somebody else can bring you to post any details about your problem - good luck.
