Simulink model is not showing the menu bar

Hi, I got the R2021a trial but Simulink is acting strange. Every time I open a new model or an existing one, Simulink doesn't show the menu bar. My screen is like in the picture below. I tried to open the libraries and save the model with the keyboard shortcuts and it worked, but I would like to know how to fix this problem. Please help if you know what the problem is.

Hi,

From the attached screenshot, as a part of basic troubleshooting, could you please try rebooting MATLAB as well as your computer. If this is tried and if it doesn't help, please try the below:

1. Refresh the file system caches using the following commands:

>> restoredefaultpath 
>> rehash toolboxcache 

2. Run the following command to rebuild Simulink and Library menus and toolbars:

>> sl_refresh_customizations 

3. Close all the instances of MATLAB and then restart.
