Has some one implemented SiamMask trackers in matlab?

I found matlab more useful than python for simulating, implementing and compiling visual trackers.A lot of useful trackers built in, can be converted to C code.
More over DeepLearning models can be easily visualised and modified graphically (unique to matlab) and with least code.
Recently SiamMask trackers and OCEAN trackers have got reputation. I want to test these in matlab. I have run python code in Ubunto but I am not satistfied with python way. Has anybody implemented Siammask or OCEAN tracker in Matlab?
