MATLAP plotting with a range of values on x axis.

Hello!
I want to plot the attached graph with a range of values on x axis instead of a single value. So, my x valules would be,
'0.75-5' '5-10' '10-20' '20-30' '30-40' '>50' etc.
Can someone help me to underatand how to do that?
