pole zero plot from value

I have values of pole and zeros as imaginary and real values. How can I plot the pole zero plot? Can anyone give me the code for transfer fuction and frequency response?

Zero= exp(.25); exp(-.25)

pole= .7 with angle of 0.35 and 0.7
