cropping image with more than 3 RGB bands?

dear all i wonder is there any way to crop a matrix with more than 3 dimension. my image has more than 3 bands (infrared included). but i noticed that imcrop will just crop the bands that are shown with imshow (which means maximum 3 bands). i need imcrop since it help me to visually choose the best area over the image for cropping but after then i need all the bands being cropped. is there any suggestion ?
