How to call dll in mex?

I want to use mex to call c++ functions.However, c++ funcitons call API functions contaied in 'CyUSB.dll'.When I compile the files,I get'error C2871: “CyUSB”:....' which means the namespace CyUSB dose not exist. What should I do?

This seems like more of a C/C++ programming question, than a MATLAB-specific question. A MEX-file is like any other C-file which gets compiled into a DLL (MEX-files are really just DLLs with a platform-specific extension).
