How do I automatically save the training progress plot to a file after my CNN has finished training?

I am using a supercomputer to train the network, and as such I am submitting the code to be run and then I can view the outputs afterwards. As such I cannot use the matlab interface in order to manually save a copy of the final graph of training-progress. I was wondering how exactly this plot could be saved using a command within the code itself.
