simple Network with interconnected nodes

hi evreyone, in order to complete my master I need for my thesis to develop a network with interconnected nodes. I don't need somenthing about AI or deep learning i am just trying to build a system in order to study the effects of the shock in the system.
Can you advise me how to build something similar to the photo I am attaching? By recommending I mean what matlab package to use or if there are any tutorials that explain how to build such a node system.
