Can Matlab Signal Processing Toolbox help create a Coherogram?

Currently I have two data sets from two electrodes in two different regions of the brain. I want to create a coherogram to look at the coherence of these two electrodes over time. Is this possible using the signal processing toolbox?
Any help would be appreciated.
