how to train svm classifier using kernel function

Hi, In my project I have extracted features of two different classes.From the extracted features Using student's t-test I have selected two features. Now i have to train the SVM classifier by the selected features using kernel function. I am beginner in Matlab. I dont know how to train SVM classifier using kernel function. Please help me. Thank you
