how to use PSO for renyi entropy

Hello everybody

i am fresh in matlab programming

i want to calculate PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) for an output table gained from renyi entropy.

at first i calculated renyi entropy and save it in an array

than i want to feed it to PSO to calculate optimization

i download a code from yarpiz.com and i want to change it for myself

in introducing "costfunction" i get confused

in the downloaded code "costfunction" introduced for "sohere" function

but i don't have function, i have an array

how i can change it?
