I tried to access the simulink OnRamp course and i got this error message on my MATLAB 2019a student version

Previously I had access to the simulink Onramp in 2019 and this year when I tried to access it I got this message, I think I installent an Anti-Virus last year. But I disabled the Anti-Virus and still got the following error

Connection Error

Similarly I got this error when trying to access the Resource column of the Matlab

Which operating system are you using? You could get that error if you are using Windows 95 or older.
