How Does Matlab Preview Files: Import Data

Hey guys,

I'm attempting to import a text file that is giving me lots of trouble, however the preview engine for matlab displays the data perfectly. What am I doing wrong? The file looks like this

0 3 1 4 5
1 1 0
2 1 3
3 2 0 4

etc
