INTLAB download for free,how?

i am referring this link http://www.ti3.tu-harburg.de/intlab/,
but its not free to get,i heard its free of charge.how can i get it free of charge?

May be 10 years ago INTLAB was free software, the INTLAB v 5 free download
Is it possible using this free version?

INTLAB is not Open Source and is not covered by the FSF public license or similar license. Even if it were covered by the GNU Public License, that public license allows the person holding the code to charge a service fee for the service of making it available. Effectively the same situation is in place for INTLAB now: there is now an access fee that is applied to maintaining the system.

first of all ,thanks a ton for replying.so is there any way around?like any tool box which can be used to solve interval analysis in load flow ?

I am not familiar with load flow computations.
There may be some interval processing code in the Symbolic Toolbox. It might be a nuisance to use.

INTLAB used to be free of charge. It is no longer free.
