In aviation, distance measuring equipment (DME) uses radio signals to determine slant distance from an aircraft to a ground station. Given the altitude of an aircraft in feet (ft) and a DME readout in nautical miles (NM), determine the ground distance in nautical miles from the aircraft to the DME ground station. Assume that 1 NM = 6076 ft and round solutions to the nearest tenth.
For example, if an aircraft is at 10000 ft and the DME readout is 5 NM, then the ground distance is 4.7 NM.
