Virtual EMI test receiver

A function for calculating the average and peak spectra of time-domain signals as displayed on an EMI test receiver.

This function finds the spectrum of time-domain signals while respecting a specific resolution bandwidth (RBW). The results are comparable to the ones of EMI test receivers with average and peak detectors. The function also returns the FFT results for the signal.
