Toolbox Dependency Report

Generate a visual report of the files in your project that depend on a toolbox

Generate a list of all of the files in your project, (directory and subsdirectories) that depend on a specified Matlab toolbox, (or on any other directory of files). It displays the results in a java table and if the bioinformatics toolkit is installed, shows the dependencies graphically using a biograph graph.
