DTED - EGM96 load/display v1.0

Load and display terrain map altitude

These files display the elevation information contained in DTED files corrected by the geoid EGM96 height so as to provide the terrain WGS84 altitude.
Launch the demo scripts :
demoTile : plot a DTED tile
demoMap : plot a DTED map made of DTED tiles
demoEgm96 : plot the EGM96 geoid height
demoTerrainProfile : plot a terrain altitude profile between 2 points
