NESim

General package for large-scale biologically plausible simulations (with GUI).

This software accompanies the book 'Neural Engineering: Computation, Representation, and Dynamics in Neurobiological Systems' by Eliasmith and Anderson (2003) from MIT Press.

This package provides a series of .m files and a GUI interface that allows for the construction of large-scale biologically plausible simulations. Several examples are included.
