I use the temperature of 1 week, run the fitting on my data, and MATLAB gives a function which is fitted over the input data.
By printing the residuals you can see the error the function makes when being fitted on the input data.(If the error is high, you can change type of the function. I did all this, and the best function is 'SumofSin').
Then, I use this function to guess the temperature for the next 24 h.

The file includes temperature of 3 months in an excel format as well.
