A customized XY_Graph block that mimicks the behavior of other scope-type blocks in Simulink.

Ever put an XY_Graph block in a Simulink model, run a simulation, and then wanted to see the XY plot? Then navigated to the block in the model and double-clicked on it? Surprise! Rather than the plot opening (like a scope would) the axes properties menu pops up!
This block behaves like the other Simulink scope blocks in that if an XY graph exists, double-clicking on the block in Simulink will open both the axis properties GUI and the XY plot.
